Understanding Fees #
Early Termination #
Flat fees apply regardless of remaining contract months:
- 2-year contracts: $200
- 3-year contracts: $300
Month-to-month plans have no early termination charges.
Equipment Returns #
You must return all leased equipment within 30 days of cancellation or face charges up to $200.
Equipment Return Process #
Return leased modems, gateways, wireless accessories, and power cords within the 30-day window. Use the prepaid UPS label provided after cancellation. Keep your tracking receipt as documentation.
After Cancellation #
